Julie Long, M.Ed., BCBA
CEO/President of Carolina /Â Maryland Behavioral Specialists & ABA Consultant
Julie has been working in the field of ABA since 2008, when she first became a Line Therapist while pursuing her B.S. in Psychology at College of Charleston. She advanced in the field to Lead Therapist and sought her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an Autism Focus from Arizona State University. Julie graduated with this degree in 2013, and then became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. Once certified, she spent her first year as a BCBA in the state of Maryland, meeting many incredible people who now make up Team CBS/MBS. From there, Julie wanted to return to her home state of South Carolina to open her own business, Carolina Behavioral Specialists, LLC. She is honored to lead this wonderful team of clinicians, who also happen to have incredible hearts. Julie's passion is changing the field of ABA and fighting for much-needed progress. She currently serves as the Primary Leader of the South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (SC ABA) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) Special Interest Group.
Hannah Holley, M.A., BCBA

Hannah began working in the field of ABA in 2009, while attending the College of Charleston. After receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the College in 2012, she went on to receive a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2014. Hannah became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2013, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2014. After taking a break from the field when her son was born in 2015, Hannah joined Carolina Behavioral Specialists in 2018. Hannah loves making a difference in the lives of the families she works with!
Karielys Delgado-Delgado, M.S., BCBA
Trainee Mentor & ABA Consultant
Kev began their career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) back in 2018. They worked as a registered behavior technician (RBT), providing therapy both in-home and in the community setting to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). After becoming enamored with the field, Kev went on to pursue their M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in ABA at Florida State University. Throughout their graduate career, Kev was able to gain experience working within the clinic setting with children diagnosed with ASD and Down Syndrome. Upon graduating, they became a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in the fall of 2021. They continued to work in their home state for a year before moving to Charleston, South Carolina and working with Carolina Behavior Specialists, LLC. As a bilingual Hispanic, Kev strives to provide services to those in need, especially Spanish-speaking families within the community.
